After 5 years since release NextGen are finally giving their hit slot ‘300 Shields’ a well-deserved update. This will include updated graphics, a bonus buy feature and smoother gameplay. This slot has needed an update for some time due to the laggy gameplay and poor graphics. It wasn’t very enjoyable to play, but it is a very volatile slot so it’s worth the sacrifice. 300 Shields Extreme Differences
In the new updated version, the slot will have all the games old mechanics. Nextgen has not changed anything major which is positive. The only difference is the newly added 60x bonus buy. I feel this slot will definitely be more popular on release with the bonus buy feature as this mechanic is seen in a lot of recent slot releases. The bonus feature plays the same but when activated you can see visually how many shields you need to acquire to proceed onto the next stage. You need a total of 12 or more shield symbols to climb up to 300x spins which is where the money can be won.
The bonus buy price is respectable at 60x. It is not a ridiculous price such as 300x on ‘Machina Megaways‘ and you cannot gamble it at the risk of losing it like ‘Extra Chilli’ with a 50x bonus buy. I don’t think the bonus buy will affect this slot in a negative way. In my opinion, the game will be more popular when the new updated version is released.
