Bronco Spirit Slot Review – Pragmatic Play

Pragmatic Play is still one studio on fire, with multiple game releases each month. I recently reviewed ‘Wild West Gold‘, which seems to be inspired by Dead Or Alive from NetEnt, but has similar features to The Dog House. Which is an older game released by Pragmatic Play. The combination has created a volatile masterpiece, which is a popular choice in the casino community. Next from the studio is ‘Bronco Spirit’, set to release April 16th across all sites.

Bronco Spirit has a native American theme. This theme is nothing new and a favourite from the studio. In the slot background is a beautiful sunset with mountains and general scenery like cactus. The visuals are very simple and show us anything new. Pragmatic is hit and miss this year with impressive visuals and spiced up the artwork.

This game has a setup of 5 reels by 4 rows, this includes 75 pay lines. Bronco Spirit is a medium variance game due to the set RTP of 96.51% and volatility rating of 3/5 by Pragmatic Play. You can bet from £0.20 – £125.

Bronco Spirit Symbols & Paytable

Bronco Spirit has 14 symbols in total, this includes 5 low paying symbols. These are represented by hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades and firepits. There are also 7 premium symbols, these are represented by pipes, axes, drums, tepees. feathered headpiece, female character and broncos. In addition to these regular symbols is a bonus scatter and wild symbol. The highest paying symbol is the Bronco Premium, which pays 10x for 5 across a pay line.

The wild symbol substitutes for all symbols except the bonus scatter. It will only appear on the 10th spin in the base game and as a roaming wild during the free spins feature.

Bronco Spirit Features

There are two bonus features in this game, the first is ‘Progressive Feature‘. This game is played in a series of 10 spins, purchased on any bet. Spin numbers increase from one spin until 10 then start over again. All bronco coins that hit on the screen during this 10 spin cycle get collected in a meter at the top of the reel set. Up to 10 coins can be collected, on the 10th spin, all coins are added to the reel set at random as wild symbols. Changing your bet during spins resets the cycle back to 1 and all symbol positions are cleared. Progress is saved.

The second feature is the ‘Free Spins‘, triggered by landing 3 or more scatter symbols during 1 spin. During spins a number of wild symbols are added to the screen depending on the option selected at the start of the feature;
3 Scatters = 15 Free Spins With 4 Wilds Or 5 Free Spins With 7 Wilds
4 Scatters = 30 Free Spins With 4 Wilds Or 10 Free Spins With 7 Wilds
5 Scatters = 45 Free Spins With 4 Wilds Or 15 Free Spins With 7 Wilds

Wilds will remain on the screen until the end of the round, changing symbol position at the start of each spin. 3 or more scatters landing during this feature will award a new free spins round played at the end of the current round. No limit to retriggers and a different option to choose from for retriggers.

Conclusion

Overall, this game shows us nothing new from the studio and seems very unoriginal compared to other releases this year. There are many similarities to older game releases and lacklustre gameplay. Be sure to try the game for yourself on release and check out our exclusive casino offers.
