This game is a sequel to the slot ‘Caishen’s Gold‘, which was originally released on 9th August 2017 by Pragmatic Play. Both have the overused Chinese inspired theme, this time based on the Chinese god of prosperity. The slot background is filled with shining golden coins with Chinese symbols engraved. Which has a simple shining animation playing on repeat. Visual aspects are colourful but not that impressive with detail.

Caishen’s Cash Gold has a classic setup of 5 reels by 3 rows, this includes 243 pay lines. This slot is high variance with a set RTP of 96.5% and max win capped at 22,000x. You can bet from £0.20 – £125.

Caishen’s Cash Pay Table & Symbols

This slot has 13 symbols in total, which includes 6 low paying symbols. These are represented by 9,10, J, Q, K, and A. These Symbols all have a basic font style with a different vibrant colour for each. There are also 5 premium symbols, represented by a bundle of golden coins, Maneki-Neko, a girl character holding a hat, a boy character carrying a goldfish, and an Emperor. The highest paying symbol is the emperor which pays 6x for five across all reels. There is also a wild symbol that substitutes for all paying symbols. Plus a money symbol has random values present in the base game.

Caishen’s Cash Features

Landing 6 or more money symbols will trigger the bonus feature. When activated you are given the choice between Free Spins or the money Respin feature. During the free spins feature, only premium symbols and wilds will appear on reels. These spins cannot be retriggered unfortunately but have great volatility.

In the base game, you have the chance at the 4 jackpots. When a wild appears in the base game, the jackpot game can randomly trigger. A board of coins is shown, and you must pick between them until you pick 3 of the same to be awarded the jackpot. The jackpots are Mini = 25x, Minor = 50x,Major= 100x and Grand = 1,000x.

Then there is the money respin feature when triggered ordinary reels are changed to individual reels only containing gold, green, and blue coins. The green coin has the value of all gold coins which triggered this feature; then blue has the value of all coin values combined from the screen. You are awarded 6 respins, all blue and green coins that land during this will remain on the reels until respins are finished. More respins are randomly awarded. This feature continues until all symbol positions or all respins are finished.
