Mental Pay Table & Symbols
There are 13 symbols in total, this includes 5 low-paying symbols. These are represented by hands, lungs, hearts. brains and eyes. There are also 5 premium symbols, these are represented by 5 different patient characters. In addition to these regular symbols is a scorpion symbol, spider symbol, and a wild symbol. The highest paying symbol is the patient 1 premium symbol, which pays 5x for 5 across all reels. Wilds substitute for all symbols except scatter symbols.
The xNudge wild always nudges to be fully visible on the reel set. For every nudge, the win multiplier increases by 1x.
1 – 13 symbol positions on the reel set are randomly allocated a fire frame in the base game spins. Any symbol that lands in these fire frames will split into 2 parts.
Mental Features
The ‘Dead Patient’ feature is activated when there are 2 dead patient symbols. It will reveal one of the patient symbols with a random multiplier of 5x, 10x, 15x, 30x, 50x, 100x, 200x, 500x, 1,000x or 9,999x.
Enhancer Cells are at the bottom of reels 2 and 4. Reel 2 and Reel 4 Enhancer Cells are activated with 4 and 6 Fire Frames. Each Enhancer Cell can reveal either a Patient symbol (One of the 5 patient symbols) or a Dead Patient symbol (the regular dead patient symbol).
XWays reveal 3 symbols of the same kind and expand the height of the reel. This can reveal any symbol except the scorpion, spider, and dead patient symbols. If more than one xWays symbols land all present on the reel set will reveal the same symbol.
Landing a spider symbol on reels 2 and 4 in the game triggers the Mental Transform Feature. The spider symbol gets transformed to xWays, xSplit, Dead Patient, Wild, or a Patient Symbol.
Autopsy Free Spins
When 3 or more Scorpian symbols land during a base game spin the Autopsy Free Spins are triggered. This will award 8 Autopsy Free Spins, each scatter with a fire frame awards +1 spin. During each Free Spin, up to 5 reel positions will be allocated a fire frame. Once landed fire frames stick until the end of the feature.
Lobotomy Free Spins
When 3 scorpion symbols and 1 spider symbol land during a base game spin the Lobotomy Free Spins are triggered. This will award 9 Labotomy Free Spins, the same rules from the Autopsy spins apply, and spider symbols that hit become sticky. This will trigger Mental Transformations on each spin. There is an active dead multiplier, the highest multiplier from each dead symbol is collected with the count. When additional dead symbol land the multiplier is applied to it, 1 is then deducted from the count. Landing 2 spider symbols will upgrade this feature to the Mental Free Spins.
Mental Free Spins
When 3 scorpion symbols and 2 spider symbols land during a base game spin the Mental Free Spins are triggered. This will award 10 Free Spins, during spins both spider symbols are sticky, with mental transformations on each spin. The dead Multiplier will not decrease when used.
