MGM Resorts Acquires Push Gaming Via Leo Vegas For €150m
It has recently been revealed that MGM Resorts is in the advanced stages of acquiring software game developer Push Gaming through Casino LeoVegas. MGM purchased LeoVegas in 2022 for $607 million as part of its strategy to expand its worldwide online gaming presence. The addition of Push Gaming to LeoVegas’ portfolio could potentially lead to exclusive access to the developer’s latest releases, with new games being available on the LeoVegas casino two weeks ahead of their global launch dates.
Established in 2010, Push Gaming is a London-based software game developer, best known for the massive success of slot games like Razor Shark, Jammin’ Jars, and many more titles in its collection. The company holds licenses in the UK through the UK Gambling Commission and in Malta through the Malta Gaming Authority. It also operates two offices, one in London and another in Malta.
