MGM Resorts Acquires Push Gaming Via Leo Vegas For €150m
It has recently been revealed that MGM Resorts is in the advanced stages of acquiring software game developer Push Gaming through Casino LeoVegas. MGM purchased LeoVegas in 2022 for $607 million as part of its strategy to expand its worldwide online gaming presence. The addition of Push Gaming to LeoVegas’ portfolio could potentially lead to exclusive access to the developer’s latest releases, with new games being available on the LeoVegas casino two weeks ahead of their global launch dates.
