Ticket To The Stars Slot Review – Quickspin
Quickspin has announced their second slot release for 2019; we recently reviewed their first of the year called ‘Divine Dreams‘ which was very volatile and very fun to play. So I have hope for the second addition of the new year. Their new slot is called ‘ Ticket to the Stars’ and is released worldwide 12th February. The slot has a futuristic theme, Ticket to the stars will take you to infinity and beyond with exciting destinations in the solar system.
The design is very bright along with detailed cartoon artwork, paired with a mystical soundtrack playing in the background. It looks good visually but also has some impressive statistics. The slot has been given 5/5 for volatility by Quickspin themselves, given an RTP of 96.52% and unlimited multiplier meter in the bonus feature. Also 25 fixed pay lines and a Max win of 9714.2x.
Ticket To The Stars Slot Review Base Game
The slot setup is 3 rows by 5 reels; you can bet from 0.25 to 100.00 as the max bet. The slot has a feature of cascading/ falling reels; this means when you get a symbol win line the symbols will disappear and new symbols will drop down to replace, this will occur until there are no new win lines that occur. This feature is prevalent in the slot world but not seen much in Quickspin slots.
The wild symbol can appear stacked in the base game and bonus feature on all reels. While testing the base game there doesn’t seem to be any base game features which is a shame as it could have made the base game more fun as there isn’t much going on. But the stacked wilds can help you achieve some nice wins.
Ticket To The Stars Slot Review Symbols
The slot has 12 symbols in total. This includes five low paying symbols which are represented by different coloured gems. Red is the highest and white is the lowest paying. There are also six high paying symbols which are served by a backpack, a bottle of champagne, a robot waiter, air hostess and a captain as the highest paying symbol. The captain pays 20x for 5 over all reels, the wild symbol pays the same but stacked on reels. The last symbol is the scatter symbol represented by a rocket logo.
Ticket To The Stars Slot Review Bonus Feature
To activate the free spins feature you need to land 3 or more scatters, the more scatters for the initial trigger, the more spins you are awarded. 3 Scatters = 15 Free Spins, 4 Scatters = 20 Free Spins and 5 Scatters = 25 Free Spins. But 3 scatters are the most common when landing the bonus, during spins a multiplier meter shows up at the left of the screen. This meter can be filled to increase the free spin multiplier; the multiplier will increase by 1x after every third win, this will also award +2 extra spins each time the multiplier increases.
This multiplier is crucial for the free spins to pay, the wild symbol is stacked like the base game which is your best chance at some big win lineups. The bonus has potential and is very fun to play especially with the multiplier meter which can be easy to fill up to at least 3-4x.
Ticket To The Stars Slot Review Conclusion
Overall, I enjoyed testing this slot out. The slot is unique from Quickspin and has some good potential. The base game is a bore as there are no base game features other than the stacked wilds. But the free spins feature has the most potential with the multiplier meter being reasonably easy to fill at least a couple of times. In addition, the extra spins help get the multiplier up. The slot is out worldwide 12th February, and I have recorded some footage of the base game and bonus feature for you to see for yourself. Check it out below!
