Win Escalator Slot Review – Red Tiger Gaming

After recently reviewing ‘The Greatest Train Robbery‘ by Red Tiger Gaming I have been hoping for something new and unique by the provider. They seem to overuse simple features in their games and always have the same art style. But they have just announced a new slot titled ‘Win Escalator‘, with a set release of ‘11th July‘. Let’s check out if this simple slot delivers us a banging surprise! Let’s go.

Win Escalator Base Game

This game has an old school arcade theme, this is shown well in the artwork and graphics. The background is a basic dark still image with the slot central to the screen. This slot has really basic artwork / visuals due to the arcade theme but also could be due to a rush for a new release.

The setup is 4 reels by 3 rows; this includes 3-8 set Pay lines. The set RTP is 94%, which seems odd as the average is around 96%, especially for red tiger releases.

This slot has 13 symbols in total; this includes 5 low paying symbols. These are represented by cherries, lemons, oranges, grapes and watermelons. The artwork for these symbols is basic and seen in a lot of old school slot machines. There are also 4 premium symbols; these aren’t represented by stars, horseshoes, bells and red sevens. There is also a diamond wild, expanding symbol and free spins scatter. The highest paying symbol is the red sevens and diamond wild. These both pay 32x for 4 across a pay line.  Wild symbols lock in place and move down on each spin; these symbols also substitute for all paying symbols.

Win Escalator Slot Review Features

Central to Win Escalator is the free spins feature; this is activated when 3 scatters land on any reels. This will award you 10 free spins, you are also awarded an extra spin for each wild that lands during this feature.  During these spins you will benefit from ‘Expanding Reels’, this is activated when expanding symbols land on reels. Reels can expand up to 5 times increasing the reels for the slot setup. It’s an exciting concept, but nothing that we haven’t seen before.

Overall, this slot is very dull and brings nothing new to the table. I have been hoping for something more unique from the provider for a while now, but it’s just a general release again, unfortunately. The set RTP is strange and makes me feel like this game is low variance. Let’s hope their next game is more innovative. Regardless, Red Tiger has done good in the past, so let’s hope for something awesome to come out of them in the future!
