Hot Chilli Slot Review – Pragmatic Play

After announcing a sequel Pragmatic Play is trying to think more outside the box. Since the provider releases so many games per month it seems they were struggling for unique ideas. But the announcement of ‘John Hunter And The Aztec Treasure‘, seems to have good potential and will hopefully be successful on release 25th July across all sites. So what’s next after the sequel announcement? Well, Pragmatic Play has announced a new slot titled ‘Hot Chilli‘, which is already available across sites.

hot chilli base game

This slot is based around food specifically chillis like seen in the slot title. The background is very dull and just a dark still image which does not match the fiery red on the paytable. Or even the symbol colours. There are beautifully detailed golden dragons around the reels. The reel set is actually round instead of a basic rectangle like most releases. Which does make it more unique and interesting. The paytable is located on the left side of the reel which makes it easier for players to know the payouts and potential for each bet size.

Hot Chilli has a setup of 3 reels by 3 rows, this includes 9 set pay lines. Hot Chilli has been rated 3.5/5 by Pragmatic Play. The max win has not been specified. But the set RTP is 96.52%. You can bet from £0.09 – £45.  When spinning food will uncover in symbol positions. But it is only a minimum of 2 symbols. So all symbols positions won’t be filled on each spin.

hot chilli symbols

Hot Chilli has 7 symbols in total, these are represented by various food items such as shrimp, corn and chillis. There is also a chilli wild which can be 2x-5x. 2x,5x and 2x chillis equal to 555x.

Conclusion

Overall, this slot is so boring because there are no features at all. There need to be some serious improvements, including the addition of a feature and a bonus feature. This game is very unusual while spinning but overall well made not including features.
