Piggy Pirates Slot Review – Red Tiger
Piggy Pirates Slot Review – Red Tiger Red Tiger is non stop with releases this year. They just released their new sequel for Totem Lightning and Flaming Fox, which were both well made and volatile slots. They are already back announcing a new slot called ‘Piggy Pirates’ which is set to be released on the 13th September on all sites, which is already so close.
The slot features 3 pig pirates which are against a wolf in battle, features very colourful graphics and excellent sound effects. I overall like the look of the slot as the design was done very well and all the aspects bring the theme together well. But can it pay?
There doesn’t seem to be any base game features, when testing nothing unusual or extra ever happened which is a real shame.
‘The paytable shows the potential of a £1 bet’
For symbols, there are 4 low paying ones which are the simple hearts, diamonds etc. For higher paying, we have an anchor, a map, compass/bottle, bag of coins and a chest full of treasure for the second highest symbol with a very good payout. Then there is, of course, a wild which substitutes for all symbols and pays higher than the treasure chest.
To unlock the free spins you need to land 3 piggy scatters on any reel, when you land a scatter it will move after each spin by one reel so you have a better chance at landing the other scatters. The scatters will move until they fall off the reel and can land facing either direction. They will stop moving if you land all 3 or initially land them all within one spin. They can also fall asleep and stay in the same spot for an extra spin.
For the free spins, you get unlimited spins, you keep spinning until you land the wolf symbol. During free spins, if you land wilds the piggys will collect them all. When you land the wolf he will blow up the piggies and the wilds will simultaneously go on reels for one final spin which could give you a big win. The more wilds you collect the better for this last spin. I would say average spins will be 5-20 or maybe even more if you are lucky. The bonus is different from what I have seen but only paid me around 50x when testing.
Overall i like this game, it is something different from Red Tiger but does have some potential with a medium volatility. The theme is very fun and unique. Shame there is no base game features but the bonus can be a good pay if you collect enough wilds throughout the spins.
