The Equalizer Slot Review – Red Tiger Gaming
So Red Tiger Gaming recently created a new Reel King slot, with the help of Astra. The fresh look and new features implemented in this sequel gave the community a mixed response to this release. The main disappointment being the max win, but the slot itself gives the classic release a very modern look for 2019. Now Red Tiger has a list of new slots coming in the next months, the first which we are reviewing today is titled ‘The Equalizer‘. This slot has a current release date of 23rd May.
This slot has very retro visuals for the theme, while you spin funky music plays and graphics have good detail for the retro feel. The visuals are simple yet effective, in the background you see a cityscape with a sunset. I really love the art style, the cartoonish/retro visuals are great and unique for Red Tiger Gaming.
The setup is 5 reels by 4 rows, this includes 15-60 pay lines. The set RTP is 96.08%, which also gives the slot a max win of 10,000x. This slot has high volatility which is a great move from Red Tiger Gaming. You can bet from £0.20-£10.
The Equalizer Slot Review Symbols & Paytable
This slot has 11 symbols in total, this includes 4 low paying symbols. These are represented by diamonds, hearts, clubs and spades. All having their own vibrant colour with a retro design. There are also 5 premium symbols, these are represented by. Stars, Bars, dice, diamonds and sports cars. The highest paying symbol is the sports car paying 25x for 7. The wild symbol pays the same as the sports car but you need a minimum of 5 for them to pay. The last symbol is the free spins symbol.
The Equalizer Slot Review Features
This slot has a couple features included so let’s talk in detail about them. The first is called ‘Expanding Slot‘, this feature will activate randomly in the base game. This feature expands the reels from 5 to 7. This also triggers wilds to expand to 6 symbols high.
Central to this slot is the free spins feature, this is activated when you land 3 scatter symbols on any reels. This will award you 10 free spins, during spins you will benefit from the base game features previously mentioned. But the features are slightly different in the free spins, so wilds will stay on reels for the duration of these free spins. These sticky wilds can move on each spin, also if reels expand like in the base game they will stay expanded in the free spins. For every scatter that lands during these free spins you are awarded +1 spin for each that lands. All these features really boost the volatility in the bonus feature.
Overall, this slot was very fun to test out. I really love the retro theme as it isn’t saturated much in the casino industry. The slot has great features which really go well together. This gives the slot great volatility and a max win of £10,000x. Really hope Red Tiger continue to make great unique slots in the future.
