Exotic Cats slot review MicroGaming
Exotic Cats slot review MicroGaming-Recently the provider has announced a new independent studio ‘StormCraft’ which produced the slot ‘Fortunium’ released back in June. The slot is very unique and has some insane graphics and gameplay which draws players in. But the bonus is very difficult to and but the base game is volatile and can keep you balance boosted well.
But the provider is back already with a new release which again seems unique. The slot is called ‘ Exotic Cats‘ and is already released on all sites with Microgaming available.
This slot’s graphics and art style seem very simple but colorful. In the base game. The RTP is not known on this slot currently as I cannot find it. The slot has 243 ways and players can bet from 15p.
There’s only one feature that appears. The first one is all 5 cats have their own reel which you can see at the top with the names. If a cat lands on its matching reel while the cat is present at the top of the reel the cat will scratch the reel turning it into an expanding wild. When playing I noticed its very difficult to even land this plus it didn’t really pay well. It is possible to get a full screen if all cats are present at the top and all symbols land. which is highly unlikely.
In this slot, there are 6 lower tier symbols which range from hearts to a footprint symbol. But for the higher tier, they are represented by the 5 cats. The cats all have the same pay table as long as having their own reels. There is also a wild symbol and a scatter which is for the free spins in the base game.
For the free spins, you need 3,4 or 5 scatters to land in the base game. In the bonus, all cats are on their reels so if you land the corresponding symbol on the reels it would be wild galore. But when I tested it the bonus didn’t even pay and I landed 2 wilds out the 10 spins. I can see the potential but for me, I feel like the spins are not that volatile unless you have the wild luck and don’t get constant lower tier symbols like you normally do in this game compared to premiums.
Overall, I do not like this game personally. I feel the game looks very boring and when playing it does not pay well either. The base game feature is very difficult to even activate and the free spins don’t pay a lot of the time, unfortunately. I would say low to medium volatility and wonder what Microgaming was thinking on release with this slot.
